Kimmeridge today. Sailed from 11 til 2ish, with a brief sandwich break! My first ever sail there so quite a fresh experience but everyone was very kind with hints and tips. Wind was pretty much from left to right with a slight angle into the bay. Launched, gybed, gybed, gybed and eventually squeaked out of the bay straight into a decent set unloading onto the cliffy corner. Stayed out there for a few hours catching lots in front of the cliffs. Biggest set was proper logo high at the peak, but too big to go down the line as it was already breaking so i hugged the shoulder and rode it backside with small cut backs. Many many waves.

There were clean lines rolling into the centre of the bay but it was a little busy for me and my 5m and ET70 weren't quite powered up enough inside the bay and it didnt seem to have the same fear factor as round the corner. Plus I was terrified of finding the Fridge!!

The Bench was out of bounds as they were firing big shells out to sea!!!! It didnt seem to be breaking though.

Thanks to weathercam for driving, even if I did have to phone him out of bed!!!
